When I hear weight loss, I immediately think of “How many pounds”. In other words, a number on the scale defining success.

In doing so, we will learn how to celebrate achievements like increased energy levels and enhanced self-confidence. Ultimately, this leads to a more holistic and sustainable weight loss journey.

As an example, a non-scale victory that I’ve accomplished in my journey is the Ability to stand without my knees paining. That is huge for me, and I celebrate it every time I stand!
